Healthy Tips To Avoid Altitude Sickness    




Altitude sickness, also known as AMS - Acute Mountain Sickness, is caused by the lower consumption of oxygen. Among its symptoms are nausea, headaches, dizziness, and fatigue, among others. It is not fully proven, but it seems that the lower availability of oxygen causes the blood vessels in the brain to dilate. This is worse for sports enthusiasts, because of the excess effort.
