Sleep Deprivation May Trigger Headaches    




Daylight Savings Time means that the sun comes earlier in the morning, shortening the nighttime by an hour. While this has a good effect on the economy, it may have a very bad effect on the persons who suffer from headaches or migraines. The cause is the loss of one hour of sleep, while they adapt to the new time – similar to a mini jet lag.
