Overthinking is different from thinking. It consists of replaying situations or scenarios in the mind over and over again. Overthinking is the result of excessive left-hemisphere activity, which can physical and emotional issues. Among them are headaches, ulcers, muscle tension, and even back problems. The brain creates thoughts based on your past programming and are sometimes bad, trapped on an endless loop of self-criticism and negative thoughts.
