Red Wine Can Be A Major Migraine Trigger, But There Are Now Alternatives

There are many migraine triggers, and one of them is the tannins contained in red wine. To address these issue, there are now wines made of fermented fruit, rather than grapes. These fruits include guava, passion fruit, and key lime, which are some of the 40 different blends.
